Rates are per room per night and include VAT at the applicable rate, complimentary full English and continental breakfast, wireless internet connection, television with 40+ channels and off street parking.
Terms & conditions
Check in from 12.00hrs to 22.00hrs, (12.00hrs to 18.00hrs on Saturday) unless alternative arrangements have been made. Check out by 10.30am.
Credit/debit card details are required to secure all bookings and will be taken as an acceptance of our terms. Nothing will be charged to the card except in the case of a cancellation within 72 hours (see below) or a no show.
Payment can be made via cheque (within the limits of a valid cheque guarantee card), cash, debit cards and credit cards. We accept VISA and MasterCard, please note that there is an additional 2.5% charge for using these credit cards. Regrettably we do not accept AMEX or Diners Club card.
We operate a 72 hour cancellation policy. Should a booking be cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date, an amount equal to the first nights stay will be charged. In certain circumstances with prior notification we charge a non refundable deposit equal to the first nights stay. We reserve the right to operate a minimum 2 nights stay over weekend periods during peak season.
